Strange problem with the vs2010, after building my website one of my aspx page is not properly(not properly meaning that even though no errors are there in that file it was giving me some null pointer exception) copied to the temporary asp.net files as a
result of which if I open that page I am getting the error.
Now the question is why it is not getting copied properly to the asp.net temporary files?
Please let me know if anybody experiences this problem.

Could you provide a bit more detail regarding the actual error and where it is occuring? A Stacktrace would probably help dramatically to help figure out the issue, but really any additional information that you have could be useful.

by looking at the line number i have removed the code at the 208 line still it was showing the same line number. i debuged the code as well in that page i did not seen any thing wrong in that.

Could you post whatever is on Line 208 of your Testing.aspx page (as much code as possible would be helpful).
Null reference exceptions are some of the most common you will encounter and the fixes are usually straight-forward. You may be referencing a value or a control that doesn't currently exist or just isn't being referenced properly.
