I just copy whole visual project from this server 192.168.1.224 to 192.168.1.74
When I running on this server 192.168.1.74 my aspx will show as below.
For your information both server are running same Windows (Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise) and Visual Studio 2010.

ABOVE Solution: Did the drag and drop
Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Portal.dll from Bin folder to assembly folder.
Thanks for the information above. I have try but this is for EP (Entreprie Portal). so did not haveassembly folder.
Im using AX Development.

1. Check the web config(Connection string etc)
2. Add your application start up page in Default document
3. Check the Framework (whether current server has the Framework which same as Existing framework, if not install the same, and change the application based on the framework)
Let me know if still you facing the issue

the error message clearly indicates that you did not properly publish all your files to the server. You will need to check all your files and make sure all DLLs are deployed to the server
