Alright guys. I have an application that accepts uploaded images from users. If the image size is above 100kB, the image is stored in a temporary location on disk and the system automatically reduces the size. My problem is: when I try to access the temp
image, an exception is thrown with a message that the image can not be accessed due to the fact that it is being used by another process. I've been spending hours on this now and would appreciate some help from anyone who has encountered something similar.
Also if there is a faster/better way to reduce image size, I'd love to know. Thanks. Waiting...

I guess that images are being stored by one name. Since web apps are multiuser, so you have to ensure images uploaded by users get distinct names. It can solve this problem.
