According to MS, msdaora.dll is a Microsoft Data Access - OLE DB Provider for Oracle. Sometimes it’s called OLE DB Provider for Oracle but it looks like this file alone won't work. I use provider=MSDAORA and it requires Oracle driver to be
installed. Am I missing anything?

Oracle sql client must be installed on the machine running the application.
