I'm developing a web application in c#. Now I want to run that application on a particular computer of my client. No one can log in rather than that computer. So How can I do this to run that application only a particular system. What type of security should

I'm sure there are a few ways to handle this, as the web.config is quite flexible when it comes to authenticating users. The following CodeProject article covers the major forms of authenication :

One method that stands out - if you have a single user that will be accessing the system would be to use Windows Authentication and allow only that particular user to Log In to the system.
(Authentication will be based off the domain/username)
You can also look into using the machineKey properties within Windows (or Forms) Authenication to handle this as well.

You can generate MachineKeys using the .Net machineKey generator (or through IIS)
