in 2012, Neudesic added a valuable feature that is very useful for preventing the loss of posts/replies during the compostion phase; prior to that one could lose substantial time by accidentally navigating away from an unposted post/reply.
suggestion: imho, it would be a very good idea to tweak the default for the "are you sure that you want to navigate away from this page?" dialog box from "OK" to "Cancel"
my reasoning: the forums.asp.net member is most likely to see this message while she/he is typing a post/reply; when typing, usually there is at least one space between every word; unfortunately, pressing the

Hello Terri, thank you for your reply ... please note: i am not talking about the
clarity of the message text, rather, i am talking about the
default setting of the dialog box button; unfortunately, imho, that

should be "Cancel". FWIW.
While your answer appears to apply to the message text, sadly, it also appears to apply
inablility to set the default button.
