Really do need your opinion dan suggestion on this issue below.
I have web application while viewing reports, the webapp sometimes comes up with an error like this :
CrystalDecisions.Shared.CrystalReportsException: Load report failed. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80041004): Not enough memory for operation.
I have had developers to make sure that all objects of the report got closed and disposed. I also increased the print job limit from 75 to 200.
But still, I have that error for some of the times.
FYI, the current web application runs on
- Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit
- Crystal Report 10.5.2.0 64bit. (it's embedded from VSS 2008)
- Does the version of the current crystal report that I am using, support Windows Server 2008 R2?
- How do I know if there is object of crystal report created, has not been closed or disposed yet?
Kindly need your help.

From the bug, it seems Xtal is trying to perform a Opeartion and got failed as the Operation requires more memory. This happens when we pull all the records to crystal report and perform operation (Say doing a filter by making use of Crystal Function in
place of using a function at server level).
In My opinion, try to perform all the record filter (Maximum possible) at the server itself. Bring only the relevent record for processing.

we are facing the exact same issue with crystal report
(runtime 13.0.12). not sure if it's because the subreport is loading large amount of data since it's generating a chart with around
20,000 key/values rows. did you find a solution to the issue?
