I have certain pages on my site that need to be secure. In Google Chrome, I'm getting an error with these pages and it says that some of the content (CSS, JS and PNG files) is being run or is being displayed as insecure. It lists the URL for those resources
starting with "http://", but when I view the page source, the source code for at least some of the same resources starts with "https://". I am totally baffled as to how to debug this problem. I'm not sure how to find out what is being sent from the server
to the browser to know where my problem is and how to correct it.
I recently switched my site from one server to another. The old server was running Windows Server 2003 and IIS 6. The new server is running Windows Web Server 2008 R2 and IIS 7. I didn't have these issues on the old server.
Thanks for your help in advance!

several possible reasons:
1. The SSL is not issued properly on the new server
2. The CSS/images folder is located outside the secured folder.
Most likely, I can say that you may accidentally place the CSS/images folder outside your root folder. For example, if your IIS site is pointing to C:\MyProject\mySite, all the files inside the mySite subfolder will be secured.

Thank you for the suggestions. I'll check into that.
