Hello there, i have created a s/w in Visual Studio 2008 c# (windows application)
1) I would like to know how can protect folder so after installing
my software on PC no anyone can open that specific folder. Actually, i m playing
some .swf files from that specific folder so how can i protect it ?
so, no one can copy .swf files too.
2) one more requirement is that also no body can copy that s/w from PC .
if he does then that must not be run on another machine and how can i also protect this thing also.

This is an ASP.Net forum, the forum police are gunna get ya!
1) That kind of protection doesn't make sense. If you protect the folder so that they can't read the swf then they will not be able to play it! In order to play the swf file they must be able to read it.
2) Same as Q1.
