We'll need a bit more information to understand what you are looking for. Where had you seen an announcement?

Not yet. The reason to start this thread is to assume that

FWIW, the only likely announcement for the next version of vs would be first a community previed (a.k.a.
Microsoft releases a new version of vs every two to three years ...
FWIW, imho, vs2012 is the best version ever.
vs2012 is a.k.a. vs version 11, vs2010 is a.k.a. vs version 10, vs2008 is a.k.a. vs version 9, vs2005 is a.k.a. vs version 8, vs2003 is a.k.a. vs version 7.1,
Likely the next the next version of vs will initially be released as vs version 12; only when it is about to be released will Microsoft name it vsYear ... even that is not guaranteed ... ms may call it by some other name is ms marketing decides to do that.
P.S.: i used Google to search forums.asp.net and found no reference to a vs2013. FWIW

for me, it is not that clear what you actually are asking ...
for any forum, examples:
you will notice near the top of each page, upper left, a "Subscribe Options" link.
click the "Subscribe Options" link to subscribe to receive e-mails ... you can choose to receive just new topics, or all posts for all topics.
is that what you are asking?
edited: for previous posts you must search the forums.asp.net archives ... you can use your favourite search engine(s) and/or the forums.asp.net search facility.
