When I open a project in VS Express 2012 for Web, it'll load solution part of the way and then stop, showing VS Express 2012 for Web is Busy box, is waiting for an internal operation to complete.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Answering these kind of issues requires more information about the hardware specifications of your pc , like memory , cpu , hard disk speed...

My computer does meet the system requirements. Physical memory is at 70% and the only AV program I have running is Windows Defender.

I heard someone saying that we can actually 'assign' mmory to differant taasks, for example we can write the code at the same time we are building it ! My machine supports 32 Gigs so somebody suggested that I may be able to spend 4 GiB for Build and Run,
4 GiB for the editor stuff, 4 GiB for testing and so forth. I have not tried it but it would be one my main attractions of VS2k12 !

I've actually found a temporary solution to the problem and that is deleting the .suo file that is saved in the same folder as the solution. If I can find a way around this, I'll be sure to post it.
