based on the error message shown here, I can confirm that your free hosting may not allow you to send emails. This can be either they block the SMTP port, the SMTP setting is not correct or they do not permit email sending via code at all.
To resolve this issue, you need to contact them directly.

DNS issue. You have an incorrect setting for the SMTP server you're trying to use.

Most free hosts do not allow sending email from web script so spammer cannot use hosting to send spam.
