Hello All ,
I know asp.net and sql server + ado.net data access including Entity Framework 4.1 C# 4 and Object oriented , i have developed few application for school home work . Im very confused when im looking for job , im realy scared . my question is as if i have
very very basic knowledge of DDD or TDD or repository pattern or DTO pattern . If i'm looking for job as asp.net web programmer . should i know all the design patterns or what or in the company some pther person take care of the design ??
Please Help me

It depends on the job you are after. If you want a job as a software architect, you need to know design patterns. If you are after your first development job, it is unlikely that you would be expected to have good knowledge in this area as it takes experience
as much as learning.

The more you know the faster is progress :)
If you are done something at school and you know how to make things work then don't worry if you are new to market. Just candidate to good companies and be honest in your CV. If you want to succeed on software development you must be patient person and you
must be able to read and study continuously. Open-minded self-educating employee is worth tons of gold :)
