Attempt to load Oracle client libraries threw BadImageFormatException. This problem will occur when running in 64 bit mode with the 32 bit Oracle client components installed.

Force 32-bit compilation in your application (by default it is set to AUTO in Visual Studio 2010).
Put the 32-bit OracleDataAccess.dll (using the 2.0 for ASP.NET 2.0/3.5 and 4.0 for ASP.NET 4.0) in your application BIN folder
and make a local reference to it, instead of using GAC.
