I want to build a system that consists of 3 tiers: Data access, business logic, and presentation. I will have 2 type of presentations: Web and Windows. But I want both presentation tiers to use the other 2 tiers.
My question is, what is the best way to do this using VS 2012?

You'll probably end up creating a solution with 4 different projects in it:
- MyApp.DAL (class library for data access)
- MyApp.BL (class library for business logic)
- MyApp.Web (Web project for presentation)
- MyApp.App (Windows project for presentation)
MyApp.Web and MyApp.App will each reference the other projects as needed. You can further subdivide or add test projects or whatnot as you see fit.

Ok, thanks for the info. The part I wasn't sure about was having the web and windows project in the same solution.
