One of the vendor of my company wants to post xml data in a our URL, How to create a URL in C#,asp.net so that we can accept vendor data and parse.

You could create a REST WCF Service or a simple webpage with an input form and then do your magic. I asume you know the last and will post a tuttorial for the first.

I guess the vendor will post the data in a common folder, or give a webaddress to fetch the data.
You can create a web service to extract the data as told by mitja.GTI , and display in a .aspx webpage. Returning the data can be done in many ways, Dataset or as a string. You can also read the XML file directly using XMLREADER, XDOCUMENT

Alternatively you can also make use of AJAX calls if you use JQUERY and create more responsive webpages.
