I am populating data from a table, now my requirement is it should also contain an ALL option on the top which gives null value if selected,.

you can use query like below in your code:
select yourColumnValue from yourTable
now you can bind your dropdown with this dataset.

Thanku very much for your great reply , the problem i still have is that i want the value to be passed as NULL and the text shown as ALL, now if i use below statement the functionality is working but in dropdown is shows like '(null)' instead of ALL and
because it is an integer field its not allowing 'ALL'
select DISTINCT DealerId from RH_Enquiry UNION select NULL as 'ALL'

thanks for your reply again, it works for me now , i changed the data type in the parameter shown in report and in procedure, and used cast method for setting the datatype to int again if the value is not 'ALL' in sp
