Can anyone point me to documentation on which standard AD containers and objects have language dependent names? Or those that dont? Or are they all language dependent? For example, CN=ForeignSecurityPrincipals.

Names such as "Everyone" and "Domain Users" are language dependent e.g. if the language is set to German or French, these names will not be in English, but in those languages. So for example, you should not hard code the name "Everyone", but obtain the name
from its well known SID. Similarly for "Domain Users", the name in the local language can be obtained via a lookup on the SID which comprises the domain SID and a RID of 513. I cant find any documentation telling me what other names change depending on the
language setting. For example, if I want to validate an extended right, I search CN=Extended-Rights,CN=Configuration for a matching object. Will the name CN=Configuration change if a non-English language setting is in effect? Ditto for CN=Extended-Rights,
and other containers such as CN=ForeignSecurityPrincipals. I assume MS have a document somewhere covering this but it has eluded me thus far.
