[DataContract(Namespace = "http://www.yourcompany.com/types/")]
public class Class1Response : ResponseBase
/// Uri to which client should redirect following successful login.
/// This would be necessary if authentication is handled centrally
/// and other services are distributed accross multiple servers.
/// Not used in this sample application.
/// SalesForce.com uses this in their API.
public string Uri = "";
/// Session identifier. Useful when sessions are maintained using
/// SOAP headers (rather than cookies). Not used in this sample application.
/// SalesForce.com uses this in their SOAP header model.
public string SessionId = "";

1) please check whether service is building successfully
2) please check the url whether you are pointing to the correct development url with correct port number some times you are modifying locally but its pointing to remote service so changes doesn't reflect
