My company Creates asp.net Webapplications for locked down kiosks,
We remove the windows shell etc.
Ive disabled the windows loading gui through msconfig->no gui boot,
Ive disabled the logon screen by deselwcting passwords needed via run -Control Userpasswords2
BUT the "welcome" screen doesn't seem to have a setting anywhere,
Now my first Preference is to remove this screen altogether... but the second best thing is customising it away from how it currently looks
as such ive changed the background via a utility application, but i would have to use resource hacker to alter a DLL to removed the floating windows 7 writing & logo ....
to be persice
C:\Windows\Branding\Basebrd\basebrd.dll
WOULD IT BE LEGAL TO DO THIS ?
and/or is there any way to remove the "welcome" screen ??
