I have info from default page being added to a participant table. Once the user navigates to the questions page and takes quiz, I would like the data imported into another table (participantquiz) with the email tying them together. Here's my participantquiz
code: I'm trying to figure out what should be placed in the value following email (@Email, ?) The tutorial I watched used User.Identity.Name
cmd.CommandText = "INSERT INTO ParticipantQuiz(QuizID, Score, Email) VALUES(@QuizID, @Score, @Email)"

You can get the email from the textbox where you are capturing the email..

if there is a option to user to enter the textbox then pass the txtEmail.Text else if this is a intranet application and users would always use this application after logging into windows domain then
User.Identity.Name would work or set the windows authentication to get the user id from User.Identity.Name else it should be null

An very easy way is that you can let your clients register with an email as its own name！Thus it should be unique，just like what you do in the www.asp.net！
