Sorry, didn't realise this had to be done in SQL. SQL has no in-built way of doing this, so you'll need to implement a function (or some other way) of converting to title case on a char by char basis. This is going to be a slow process, especially for
that amount of data, but as it is for reporting I don't suppose speed is all that critical.
