i got this strange problem. i customized menus, removed all of them to make a little bit space up there. i got space but i'm unable to access them back. i can't access file menu "alt+f". i can't access anyone of them as they are deleted from the menu bar.
how can i add them back.
i can't even restore to defaults.

Did you do: Tools -> Inport/Expot Settings -> Reset All Settings?

Try running it in "safe mode":
If that doesn't work, then you can launch a command from the command line:
devenv.exe /Command Tools.ImportandExportSettings

Start -> All Programs -> Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 -> Visual Studio Tools -> Visual Studio Command Prompt.
then type in "devenv.exe /SafeMode" and hit enter.
