Increase the session timeout period in web config
timeout="number of minutes"............

By default, Session timeout is set to expire in 20 minutes in ASP.NET. To increase the timeout or expiry you should change the timeout attribute for SessionState in the web.config file as below:
<sessionState timeout="Desired Time in minutes" />
Note that, if you are using Forms authentication, the Forms timeout setting will expire the session after the set timeout period. So, you will also have to change the following attribute:
<authentication mode="Forms"> <forms timeout="Desired Time in Minutes"/> </authentication>

Basically its Behavior it will destroyed.
For example: if it is Login system.
Session["User"] = txtUsername.Text;
Session.Timeout = 15;
i set in my project its 15min you can increase as much as u can. but i will prefer you to not to put more then much value because if the Popularity of your Application increase Number of user will increase Number of Session will increase.. So, may be you
will face your application slow may be depand on Server.
