There has never been such an account with that particular name, I just checked. However there was an account with the name maddyrafi which got banned for constantly ignoring the
guidelines of these forums and being warned by several moderators. Seen the history of that account there's no plan to ressurect it for that person.

Then what is the solution for my account... i cnt able to post thread ?

The maddyrafi account was banned because you continued to post Windows Forms questions to this ASP.NET site despite warnings and deletions.
Here is a list of technical sites that may be helpful:

It seems you now have multiple accounts. 2 of your 3 accounts are currently deactivated as you repeatedy posted off-topic windows questions as well as posting duplicate questions. I'd attempted to email you directly on these activities when your 2nd account
was deactivated, but it appears that an invalid email address were used when you signed up with that account so I could not contact you.
We can reactivate the first account (and set the newer 2 deactivated), but you need to agree not to post any further off-topic questions and you need to agree not to post any more duplicate threads. Additionally, the email address associated with an active
account does need to be a valid email address.
If you agree to the above and agree to adhere to
site terms and guidelines you can reply here or send me a PM.
