I have existing ASP.NET web sites built on .NET 3.0. It has all three layered architecture. In business layer data layer has been called to get/put the data from database. The connection string is web.config and called in DataHandler constructor.
Now I want to give mobile enabled web site for these existing sites with limited features. Please suggest me how can I use advanced technologies (.NET 4, WCF, MVC, Entity framework, HTML 5 or any alternative only from Microsoft) from Microsoft for creating
mobile enabled web sites while keeping in mind following points.
Let me know if you have more queries to understand the scenario.

The ideal solution would be migrate your application to MVC 3.0/4.0.
Then, you can develop mobile enabled MVC websites using Microsoft Web App Toolkit 2010. It has free sample including i-Phone , Windows Mobile, BlackBerry too with device.browser file for browser detections in mobile. Download :
