Question regarding in process session state storage.... I have read multiple places that the implementation for this stores users' state dictionaries in a private cache slot. With the way this is implemented in 3.5, is it possible for these private cache
slots to be removed due to memory pressure the same as it works for a regular cache item?

Yes. And hopefully
this is all you'll need to know about session state :)

Hi, the old session variables will be removed when server memory is limited, but you cannot depend on this, please set appropriate timeout value.
