I'm new to XML as a datasource after using SQL and Oracle as databases for too many years.
Starting to play around with web services from LastFM and would like to know how, using Linq I search through
the following XML file and find the following:
Album mbid reference
Artist mbid reference from track 1
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
-<lfm status="ok"> -
<releasedate> 6 Apr 1999, 00:00</releasedate>

Been through the 2nd one already - found the examples too simple. The Joe Stevens one looks good however it answers all the questions apart from one which I'm stuck on.
This is the example they use, which is similar to mine where I can search for "track" with a "rank" of 1 which in this case is the same as searching for a customer. However I'm then looking to go down another level to the artist within the track and find
the mbid value which is where I'm stuggling. I've created another example below of Joe's code modifing it slightly, in the 2nd example imagine there are more details for location and I'm looking for the country...

Sorry but because your xml contents and your questions aren't clear and enough for us to understand what you really want……，So Plz reformat them and make your questionn clears……Your descriptions are at a mess……。
