I have an asp.net 4, IIS 7.5, internet facing website that uses windows authentication with impersonation off. I have a special case where a domain user needs to login as another domain user and access the site.
The user is on windows 7 and connected to the domain. If I have them use the internet url they are prompted to login, as expected, and input the other domain account info. My question is whose account is being used to access resources on the network if
the pc is using 2 accounts? To further clarify I will list the accounts and group memberships.
Account A (normal domain account)
Account B (normal domain account and website group membership)
If I’m on the network as user A can I use account B to access the site and not need account A to be in the website group?
