Looks like you have data in excel and need to put it in sql database.
May be you can write seperate insert statement in excel like the value in a cell should be
=CONCATENATE("insert into table values ('",A3,"','",B3,",",C3,")")
with values in a3, be and c3. And then you can execute these insert scripts using management studio
then you can drag the same equation to all the other rows and execute.
another method is like arrange the data in the order in excel, copy all the rows and paste it in the new row of the table directly after opening it by "show table data", or "edit 200 rows" using visual studio or management studio respectively.

why dont you use sql server import export data wizard..excel data will be imported into sql server with 3-4 clicks..

how can i import data from excel to sql server's table ? because i just use the insert statemnet from sql query analyst ,but it causes error about ""The query processor ran out of stack space during query optimization" sql: insert into tableA select "XXX","AAA"
union select "BBB","CCC" union select "AAA","DDD" .... about thouands reocrds.
