I have a problem in Web Server Performance. If I tried to look on the task manager, there are multiple running exe with the same image name which affects the performance.

What is the image name that you're referring to? Have you tried process explorer to see what is actually happening? Where do you see this happening?

please advise the name of the exe. Also, have you tried to halt the .exe via the Task Manager? What happens next?

I'll just reply to the latest reply :)
CFLOPROJ.EXE, CFLOWENQ.EXE and other services which replicating and cuts down the CPU usage and slows down the server. The average users is 32. I haven't yet asked the administrator about the hardware specification.

I can assure you that cfloproj and cflowenq are not IIS. Take a look at this link which may give you somewhere to start to investigate what these exe files are from and what they're doing on your server.

Isn't it a HOAX site? take a look at this. http://www.prevx.com/filenames/91535274406581752-X1/KILLTASK.EXE.html

Well, what this site does is details what these different files could be. It isn't a hoax site, KILLTASK.EXE is a known threat, this set of pages simply report that. I was hoping maybe sending you there you might find out where that larger program this
file belongs to.

sounds like you might need an antivirus to check whats going on,
try a free one, like avg
or a trial like symantec's antiviurs and atleast let it scan the pc, and then remove it after few weeks
