I've been trying to find a good list but the release notes don't give much away. I've heard the Razor engine has been re-written but but anyone give a more detailed list of what's new/improved?

So the release notes say that the Razor parser is being rewritten, not necessarily the engine:
Breaking changes in the Razor View Engine. As part of a rewrite of the Razor parser, the following types were removed from System.Web.Mvc.Razor
Aside from looking at the code itself (which you can download from
here and open in Visual Studio), my guess is they would concentrate and the highest-rated items on the ASP.NET MVC 4 uservoice site:

for the moment there seems to be only the ASP.NET MVC 4 roadmap being available to us.

Cool. This looks really interesting. But I found some issues with MVC 3 when using Razor. I hope they will be solved. The conditions and loops inside tables is not that easy currently.
