I have a very strange problem. A while (a few years) ago I added some fields to the aspnet_Users table. But decided to go another route and deleted them. The deleted fields do not appear when using the database explorer. However when I use the 'Configure
Data Source' in a SqlDataSource, the 'deleted' fileds are still there. I get a error when testing the query. "There was an error executing the query", and all of the deleted columns are listed as invalid and " Could not use view or function'vw_aspnet_Users'
because of binding errors'.
Any idea how to fix this?

Did you deleted the Columns correctly! If you delete it in the SQL Server, make sure you have commit the changes! Cross check once!
And also check the SQL queries to drop the columns of a table!
Hope it helps u...

Thanks, the ‘deleted’ columns do not appear when using SQL Server or database explorer. They only appear when using the ‘configure data source of a SqlDataStatement,
and only when selecting the ‘specify columns from a table or view’ option. If I use the query builder from the ‘specify a custom SQL statement or stored procedure’ the ‘deleted’ columns do not show.
I have not worked much with aspnet or sql tables
and don’t really have any idea what went wrong or how o fix it.

In SQL Server, right click on the table and select "Show Data Definition"! Now check the columns available in the table!

If roopeshreddy's way fails，I stongly suggest you re-creating a SqlDataSource and configure it again to recompile and have a try with that。
