We are working on a ASP.Net project . We are using Crystal Reports to display custom reports to user.
We are facing issues with the crystal report first time
loading time. We are using multiple sub reports in the main report to display
If we remove the sub reports and show the entire information
using the main report then report loading time is improving.
But if we remove sub reports we cannot display multiple
records for the dynamic sections of the report which we are presently showing
using multiple sub reports.
We want to display multiple datasets containing multiple
records without using sub reports.

may I please know how did you host your reports? Is that on a shared server or do you run your own dedicated server?
If it is on a shared host, it is always wise to contact your shared host provider to notify them about this issue. It can be caused by the fact that the server is overloaded and there is no RAM enough to serve your multiple reports. If this case happens, please
ask them to move your site to other providers. If they are not helpful, I strongly suggest you to look for a host that truly specialises in Crystal Report. One that I can recommend is
If you run your own server, please check the Task Manager -> Processes and identify what process that is causing this issue. It is also wise to check the Event Log Viewer. Please copy the message you find here and I can provide you with further advise.
Please mark this response as an "answer" if it helps you. Thanks heaps!
