I am in a product which interact with other ERP system. This means from our application some data are exported to ERP and some data are imported from ERP. For this we are going to use ISA-95. So For exchanging datas we need to use B2MML. Now i have B2MMl
schemas. But i dont know how i use in my application to generate xml for exporting data and importing.
I am beginner to this XSD. I read about xsd and found that this is predefined structure for xml and also got that i can create cs file or dataset file from this xsd using xsd tool. But i didnt got how i use this xsd file in my application for my puepose.
Any help about this?

It seems that you are the newbie for the XSD. An XSD is used to rule the xml contents, just you can reguard it as a compiler checking rules to check whether your xml contents fit the rule of your XSD rules or not.
For more about XSD, you can see the torturial:

Generally speaking, mainly used for this.
When deploying xsd file also i need to deploy?
As far as I see, xsd file is used for validation of the xml contents' structure, so you don't need to deploy xsd but complete and right xml contents (xml file).
