Can you explain to users in greater detail what you are trying to do?
In your select statement 'aa' would be a COLUMN NAME
Also Oracle does not support an '==' operator

normally bb would be supplied as a BIND variable
where aa = :bb
and you would have to feed the value and datatype of bb to Oracle Parameter collection
