How can i use ObjectDataSource with LINQ to SQL Classes created by LINQ to SQL Designer?

As far as I know you can't. The ObjectDataSource and LINQ to SQL are completely different ways of working with the data layer. When you create your data model in LINQ to SQL you should be able to access everything through the entity context class that
is automatically created, there should be no need to use an ObjectDataSource.

ScottGu had an excellent series on this a few years ago: http://weblogs.asp.net/scottgu/archive/2007/07/16/linq-to-sql-part-5-binding-ui-using-the-asp-linqdatasource-control.aspx
