Hello, Please I need help on how to use a fingerprint 'Futronic FS80' in my Asp.net website application. I have installed the SDK of the machine as well as the machine driver but yet I'm not getting the result.

It works for Windows Applications, not for Web applications. Since ASP.NET web applications works in the Web Browser. Web applications cannot access the system applications.
NOTE: You can write Actice X control, which works only with Microsoft IE browser!

No other way! Since you are developing a web application, accessing the hardware directly is not possible.
You can try creating an Thick application(which can be installed on the System/Device).
