I hope I get some help from you, especially from the moderator team. My problem is the following:
I've wrote some articles for the wiki of this site, but for some articles I didn't get any community recognition points (especially in the last weeks). And if I create a new article I only get two points instead of five.
Is this a common problem and can I do anything to solve it?

The moderation team cannot do anything about points being awarded. That's the job of the site developers. No doubt they will respond here in due course.
