My site is produced on a Microsoft Visual web developer 2010 express
I have export the index.aspx file, the index.aspx.cs file, the index.aspx.designer.cs file

I have not change this file, so it is microsoft standard file.
But when I open a index.aspx site I get this error:

You get this error because there is no default document declared that the system can find. In your case it could be two reasons, one is that you need to add index.aspx to the default document list ofr the site. The other is that you haven't installed ASP.NET
support in IIS 7.
