Anyone know of a good free or cheap ticketing system.
What I am needing it for is I have a couple clients on the side that send me emails with extremely hard to read requests because of being all grouped together in an email. I would love to find something that would allow the client to see the progress of
the requested item and be able to add additional comments to the ticket as the project continues on.
This allows me to separate all requests in a orderly manner versus how things are going currently.
Thanks for any suggestions.
I did try slickticket but that is for Active Directory which I cannot use in this situation.
