I say this because the ResX API is probably the most unintuitive, if not incomplete API, I've ever seen Microsoft produce. You can read files, and write files, but can't update them. On top of that, you can only read or write the name and value but the comments.
The enumerators return DictionaryEntrys not ResxDataNodes. The ResXDataNodes allow you to modify the name and comment but not the value. You have to use a combination of xmldocument, xpath, resxresourcereader/writer, a collection (ex: List) just to get basic
file functionality that should be built into the API already.
