I have alresdy installed SQLServer 2005 and Visual Studio 2008 version. Now I am in need to install the SQL Server 2008 r2 version. All requeremnets for instalation are OK.
I need to know How can I istall SQL Server without naking curruption on any other fault forVisual Stuio

Install it as it's own instance. This should leave everything alone.

that is correct,
You need to choose "NEW installation" when asked and NOT to upgrade your existing SQL Server. On Step 4 on your installation windows, please select a New Instance. The SQL Server 2008 will be then installed on its own instance and you can check on the "Services"
section that your SQL Server will run its own separate service
