I have deployed ASP.Net application in IIS 7(Windows server 2008). When user(Standard User) try to access the web page i am getting "HTTP Error 500- Internal Server Error" "AuthenticateRequest". But we(Admin User) can able to access the page.
How can i give the standard user to access the web site? Where i need to chage it?
These are the following configuration.
1. Windows authentication enabled.
2. Application domain is running under service account.

Ok, if you are using Windows Auth (Kerberos or NTLM Negotiate) you're going to need to set a service account in the AppPool. Then you need to create a service principle name for your web server in active directory.

You need to add your user into NETWORK SERVICE group and you need to set your site application pool to operate under NETWORK SERVICE permission as well.
