  I have create online Reservation

  Chance 1: More than one customer ready to book (ex)seatnumber 4 from different places.
  
  Chance 2: It may take some time for booking card process... not confirm booked that seat...but process going for book that seatnumber4
  in one place
  
  chance 3: It may chance to cancel last time also
  
  chance 3: At the same time some custemer need to see the seats avilable..
  
  chance 4: What ll happen

  I think the best thing you can do is when a user selected seats, you reserve those seats for 20 minutes or so. In those 20 minutes (or other time interval, the user must finish the reservation proces, otherwise the seats will be available for other users again.

  Based on hans_v's idea. I think you can also set a column called "IsSure" or something else like that.——If someone is sure about booking the seat, he/she can press "Sure" button to book it. otherwise he can only "view", but not sure, this means the seat can be only viewed (Just like the theory of shooping cart, You haven't decided to checkout you can only view things but you cannot get them...).
