I am using GroupPrincipal.Members.Remove() to remove a member from a Group. However when I refresh the Members list I see cached results *with* the removed user. However if I check with AD Users and Groups they are removed and if I shut down the app and
restart I will see the user has been removed.
Is there a way to invalidate the cache using GroupPrinciple? I know if I use DirectoryEntry I can do this, however it means going back and changing a lot of code.

I think you may have to change to DirectoryEntry. A guy I work with had a similar problem with an app of his not updating when users updated their account information. He couldnt find a way around and and switched his code.
