Hello,We developed a software with 3 layers (a customer application, a windows service named A, a windows service named B) as follows:The customer sends one Packages (a series of commands(orders)) to the service A, the A service treat commands of Packages and sends Packages to the service B.At the end the B service treats(handles) the commands(orders) of Package one has one We would like to bring it a modification as follows:The customer sends one Packages (a series of commands(orders)) to the service A, the A service deal Packages and sends packages to the service B.The B service treats(handles) the commands(orders) of Package one has one but sends an notification to the service A after the execution of every command(order). Then the A service sends the notification obtained of B to the customer client. The idea is to enable the client to know the state of progress of the execution of the commands(orders) by the service BIs this possible .NET?

Yes this is possible in .net , You can use WCF for commucation and notifcation between web serivcies.
there is one more option , if you are using java then you can use JMS on glassfish or Active MQ... and depoly these two web service at consumer end.same thing can be achiveable with MSMQ in asp.net
let me know if you need more details
