here is an article to Cloud Computing:
You can use different cloud providers, f.e. Microsoft, Amazon or Google. The Microsoft Cloud is named Windows Azure (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsazure/).
You can start learning to develop Windows Azure applications from here:
I don't know if you're using .NET but you can also use Java to develop Azure applications.
If you have an existing application, you have to do some extra work (it depends on how much you would use cloud technology, f.e. would you like to use cloud storage or not). The following article could help you to move your application to the cloud:

Cloud Computing has three division:
SaaS | IaaS | PaaS
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)Platform as a Service (PaaS) Software as a Service (SaaS)
If you already have your application ready that means you are looking for cloud (IaaS) provider so that you can host your web application over cloud server like Azure, Google, Amazon, Rackspace.. For hosting over some cloud platform (like Azure, Google,
Amazon) you may require to do some change in your code by using their SDKs. There are many IaaS provider where you can directly host your application without making any change in your code. For this you need to discuss with the providers. PaaS providers are
providing their service to IaaS providers.

Wait. You want to use cloud computing, but you do not know what it is? I only ask because a lot of times IT management gets enamored with IT buzz words and places directives on projects without knowing what they actually mean or entail. Not that the Cloud
is bad by any means, but along with 'SOA', these are probably the #1 and #2
hot IT buzz words and don't mean the technologies or architectures should be used.
Do you have a understanding of how the Cloud works and just want to know how to use it from a .NET development perspective and for converting a ASP.NET app to Azure? If yes, read the link below. If not, I would read some of the previously posted links to
see if moving to the cloud is even something you want (or need) to do.
