The net framework 3.5 or 3.0 do not appear in the IIS7.5 application pool choices or in WebMatrix settings. The only options I have is .Net4 Intergrated, .Net4 Classic, .Net2 Intergrated, and .Net2 Classic. What hapened to .Net 3.5,and 3.0? Is this normal?
Has an update deleted .Net3.5?
I still have the choice in VS2010 to create an application for .Net 3.5. & 3.0.
How do I fix this for IIS7.5 & Web Matrix?
Any suggustions would be greatly appreciated.

.NET 3.0 and .NET 3.5 still used the same CLR as .NET 2.0 and that is the reason why you will not them listed in IIS. However if your website is targetting .NET 3.5; having the target framework information in the web.config takes care of it

3.0 or 3.5 is just further improvement of asp.net 2.0. so basically they're actually the same version. You only need to set as .net 2.0 to make the site working.

There is not much changes from ASP.NET 2.0 to ASP.NET 3.5 and therefore, you will not see ASP.NET 3.5 framework on the IIS application pool. Even though you have installed the ASP.NET 3.5 framework on your system, you will always see .NET 2.0 framework only
on your IIS and this is normal. However, you will see a new ASP.NET 4.0 on your IIS (if you decide to install it on your system).
Even though ASP.NET 3.5 is not shown on your IIS, you can simply make sure your site operates under ASP.NET 2.0 on the IIS and your ASP.NET 3.5 site will work directly. Should you have problems, please advise the error message here and I will help you to check
