i just saw that posting links from this forum is not working.
and when i post it it shows to: http://forums.asp.net/p/t/1689360.aspx/1?How+to+sort+4+columns+in+a+DataSet
tried many variations but none of them work.

are you using Firefox by any chance? With IE it works like a charm but in Firefox there used to be this problem related to the used richt textbox editor on these forums.

yes, i am using FireFox. God, don't tell me i have to switch to IE :)
Is there any other solution? I find this problem only when i post internal links, beacause they get formated to "../../...".

the editor used doesn't do auto link insertions in firefox. What you can do is highlight the link, then the insert/edit link button in the toolbar or press ctrl + k, and then insert te link tot make it a real hyperlink.

that's what i'm trying to say... it doesn't work :)
Even if i switch to html view and write the whole anchor like <a href="">link</a>, the href attribute value is formated from
and the link would work without the bolded /p (this would work: ../../t/1689360.aspx/1?How+to+sort+4+columns+in+a+DataSet)
But as i said, after i submit the post the internal links are auto formated to what i posted (that link with /p), so i'm not sure if this actually has something to do with FF or is this a "global" issue?
anyway... i just wanted to inform you...
